Cold Spring Elementary Gymnasium Addition Project Montgomery County Public Schools has selected an Architect and initiated design of an addition to Cold Spring Elementary School for a new gymnasium. Design and permitting will take about 18 months, with construction in the spring/summer of 2011 and the gym open for business during the 2011/2012 school year.
